Your information, in plain language.

What we collect

The public Desk can be read without an account. Before you save anything: a business lens you type stays on your device, and a Coverage Seed preview passes through ArkBM once to prepare the view — it is not stored. If you save a Desk, ArkBM collects:

• A Desk username you choose.
• An email address, used to deliver your Desk codes. You type it once when saving your Desk; after that, codes go to the same address whenever you unlock with your username.
• The business context you place: what your business does, where it operates, and what you are working toward.
• Cookies that keep your Desk unlocked: one for your session, and one that remembers which Desk you are holding.
• A protected, scrambled form of your network address when you request a Desk code, kept to limit abuse. The address itself is not stored.

What it is used for

• Sending Desk codes so you can unlock your Desk.
• Keeping what you save: your Desk, your business context, your Decisions, and your watches.
• Making what you see fit your business. Coverage is matched to the context you placed, and the match is explainable.
• Keeping Desks safe: limiting repeated code requests and recording security events.
• Keeping your business's own history: actions you take are recorded so your private Record is real.

That is the whole list. No advertising use. No sale.

What stays private

Shared facts are the same for everyone; membership does not change the public page. The context you place belongs to your business alone. It appears only on your Desk, and it never appears on the public page.

When an outside service is used for processing, it receives only the minimum needed for the task, through controlled routes.

Your copy and your delete

Your work is yours. You can ask for a full copy of what your Desk holds: your business context, your Decisions, and your Record entries. You can also ask us to delete your information. This includes work you saved before becoming a member.

A self-serve export and delete tool is still being built, and there is no request inbox yet; when the way to ask is real, it will be on this page. The right does not wait for the tool; it stands now.

If a breach happens

If a security breach affects your information, we will tell you what happened, what information was involved, and what we are doing about it. Notice will come without unreasonable delay, and no later than 30 days after we determine a breach occurred, consistent with Florida law.

Draft status

This policy is a draft pending attorney review. When the reviewed version is published, it will carry its own version number, and the change will appear in The Record.
